It started as a typical Seattle basement: dark, unfinished, and not very functional. Our client came to us to transform it into a comfortable suite for her parents and other guests. The result is a clean and modern space that makes the most of the available natural light. We moved the furnace to make room for a luxurious bathroom with grab bars and other universal-design touches.
